A: All products support Joomla! 2.5.x and Joomla! 3.x.
Q: Can I download the older version of a product, if there is any?
A: Unfortunately, we provide only the latest version of each product. However, this will accommodate you when updating to newer versions.
Q: I am interested in your product but I am not sure if it really fits my need. Is there another option for me?
A: We help you manage your plan more flexibly by offering alternative purchase plans. For most of the products, there are 3 plans for each, varying by time frame and technical support: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Q: How can I make an order?
A: For a non-registered user, register first. For a registered user, login to your account and go to the product page. Select a desired plan and make payment. After the payment process is finished, you will be able to subscribe to the product page again and download the product.

A: We DO NOT offer any cash or credit refunds. Once we have distributed a release version to a customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the product for a refund. However, in case of dissatisfaction with our products due to technical problems, please report to us within the first 30 days after purchasing; we guarantee money return. A: Yes. Our products are GPL software that can be installed on an unlimited number of domains. HOWEVER, we provide service and support ONLY for the domain you register with us.
